How to implement Process Control Automation

Process Control Automation usually started off by connecting sensors and industrial instruments to the controller. The controller would eventually check its logic to ensure certain condition has been satisfied before outputting signals to the Industrial Robot or any Industrial System such as (Conveyor, Oven, Actuator, Motor & etc) to do its work. The parameters of the processes could be calibrated through the Human-Machine-Interface (HMI) by the field operator. The (HMI) serves the communication between the field operator and controller. Besides, it as well provides significant advantage for an operator troubleshooting a problem with the system.
